Pocket PT collects information necessary to provide your personalised fitness and nutrition experience. This includes account information, fitness and workout data, nutrition logs, payment data, AI Coach interactions, and device/usage data as described below.
We collect your name, email address, and any profile details you provide during onboarding, such as age, gender, height, weight, and fitness goals.
We store your workout history, exercise logs, sets, reps, weights, workout programs, and progress photos you upload. This data is used to generate personalised workout recommendations.
We store your nutrition logs, food entries, barcode-scanned products, meal plans, and macro/micronutrient data. This is used to track your daily intake and provide nutrition guidance.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We store your subscription status, plan type, and renewal date, but we do not store your full card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
Messages you send to the AI Coach are stored to provide contextual responses and improve your coaching experience. We do not share your AI conversations with third parties.
We collect basic usage analytics such as app opens, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the app. We may also collect device type and operating system for compatibility.
Your data is used to: (1) provide and personalise your fitness and nutrition experience, (2) generate AI-powered recommendations, (3) process subscription payments, (4) communicate with you about your account, and (5) improve our services.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: (1) Stripe for payment processing, (2) our AI providers for generating recommendations, and (3) authorities where legally required. All providers are bound by data protection agreements.
All payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Pocket PT never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe may store your payment method for recurring billing.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
You have the right to: (1) access your data, (2) request correction, (3) request deletion, (4) export your data, (5) object to processing, and (6) withdraw consent. Contact us at support@pocketpt.pro to exercise these rights.
You can request account deletion at any time from Settings → Delete Account or via our public deletion page. Your data will be removed or anonymised within 30 days of the request.
