By using Pocket PT, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

All workouts, exercises, nutrition plans, and AI-generated recommendations are for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Pocket PT does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, injuries, or concerns.

You are responsible for your own safety during workouts. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You assume all risk of injury from using Pocket PT.

Workout and nutrition recommendations are generated by AI and may not be suitable for everyone. Use your own judgement and consult a professional when needed. Pocket PT is not liable for outcomes resulting from following AI-generated guidance.

Pocket PT offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. See Subscription Terms for full details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app, Stripe Customer Portal, Apple App Store, or Google Play. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to: (1) misuse the app, (2) share your account, (3) attempt to bypass paywalls, (4) scrape or reverse-engineer the app, or (5) use the app for any illegal purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Pocket PT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from use of the app.
